But this is not available for all. For adding links in your Instagram story, you will need at least 5000 followers. All you need to do get Instagram Stories Links working on your iPhone or Android device is to update your app to latest version. Once it's done, you are required to convert your personal Instagram account into business account. To do it simply swipe right, add image and add link you want and post as story.

Earlier it was not available for all, only verified users were allowed to add links to their Instagram story. But later Instagram announced this feature for all who has a decent number of followers and has a business account.
